In some parts of the web site, we will ask you for personal information. The information will only be used for the purpose stated and will not be disclosed without your consent. We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to a mailing list. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it, without your consent.

We also log all files downloaded to analyse our product use. We give this information to subscribers so they can monitor their subscription (their own use, not that of other subscribers).

To purchase our products online, your web browser will need to accept cookies. Our web site uses single-session cookies for this purpose. Single-session cookies are short-lived, are used only during a browsing session, and expire when you quit your browser.

If you don't want to accept cookies, a range of offline purchasing methods are available.

Some of our online products require your web browser to accept persistent cookies. Persistent cookies are stored on your computer, contain an expiration date, and may be used to track your browsing behaviour upon return to the issuing web site. In this case, the need to accept cookies will be articulated prior to download.

If you do not or cannot store cookies, standalone versions of these products may be available.
